we bought a eri poramboke land in kottivakkam near canal side, chennai city in the year 1995. We are staying in this land for the past 20 years. We have electricity connection, ration card, and voter id and my father paid house tax till 2010 and water tax also paid currently. Now this area is under the control of chennai city corporation. My question is, Is there any chance to apply for house tax for eri poramboke land in chennai corporation, and if so how to get the house tax..???
