Re- gazatte notification on gratuity

Dear Sirs,

The Govt. of India has extended the benefit of payment of Gratuity to the Central Govt. Employees from 01.01.2006.

Again the benefit of payment of gratuity was extended to the employees of Central Govt. Companies from 01.01.2007, but finally the Govt. has issued a Gazette Notification for implementation of Gratuity w.e.f. 24.05.2010.

This clearly proved the irregularity and injustice to all employees/workers of India. The Govt. of India must stick on to either 01.01.2006 OR 01.01.2007 for implementation of gratuity to all employees/workers to eliminate the disparity among all employees/workers of India, who are protected by the constitution of India, which has enunciated that ALL ARE EQUAL BEFORE LAW. Hence, the action of Govt. of India is unconstitutional, against the Fundamental Rights of citizens of India.

It is requested, to all Member of Parliament to bring to the notice of Govt. to issue orders for re-gazette notification in the ensuing parliament sessions and do justice to the workers/employees of India.
