My great grandfather had two wifes.once after the expire of grand father the property devolved over her two wifes.one of the younger wifes son (oppposite party) had kept the property posession for himself and refused to part it with other wifes children.so a suit had been filed by my uncle ( elder wife son).now as my uncle (not married) had expired what is that we could do.the elder wife had five children.of them four had expired and only my mother is alive.Now one of my cousin ( aunts son) says that he will run the case without other rightful heirs name and if he wins the case he will keep all the property for himself and my mother cannot ask her share out of it. Please clarify what could be done about it
