When did you disclose the "Will" exectued by your grandfather for his self-acquired property in your favour ?

Whether you are resident of either of Presidency Town ?

What is the basis for filing suit for partition by your father and his sibling(s) ?

What is the locus standi of your sister claiming to have share in the subject property ?

Incomplete information cannot lead to form proper opinion to oblige you.

Why did you remain silent all along till now without claiming the property if it was bequeathed to you?

You can do it now also
