Sir, i am purchasing a property of 100 sq yards. But physically it is 105 sq yards. My vendor is Mr X he purchased from Mr A.
Mr B had 210 sq yards in his, name he split the property into 2 parts of 100 each and sold it to two different individuals Mr X and Mr Y. The extra 10 yards are in the boundary limits of Mr. X these 10 yards are in the front side if someone constructs on it Mr X will not have way to the road. How can i get it registered in my name.
