registration of marriage under Hindu mar

a couple permanent resident of Rajsthan & U.P. got married in 2004 in Madhaya Pardesh according to arya smaj custom and against the wishes of their parents. later they applied for registration of marriage in Raipur. In their application form they gave address of places of living in Madhay Pardesh instead of address of their permanent abode for fear of parents. Later they took the job in Delhi. In the meantime registration authority in Madhay Pardesh rejected their application for non confirmation of addresses.

Now parents of both parties has approved their relation. Hence they decided to get register their marriage in Rajsthan. After presentation of application for registration , Rajsthan authorities suggested  them to get N.O.C. from Registration Authority in M.P. as according to them there  were some irregularities in N.O.C.

On the basis of these facts, kindlly advice on following points:

1   Whether parties can file application for registration in Rajsthan afresh notwithstanding rejection of first for any reason in M.P.

2  Do they need to get  NOC from authorities in M.P. when their first application was lapsed for above reason ?

3  If no such formality of getting of NOC from M.P. authorities is required, whether they can get registeration of their marriage in Rajsthan on the basis of approval statements/declaration by their parents before athorities in Rajsthan.

Normally the registration should took place in the office of the marriage registrar which is in the place of marraige. If it is in later time, the same can be registered with registrar of marraige within the place of your inhabitation. At the time of rejection at MP the couple should have complied with the query the state away rejection is not possible. None of the authority will reject the application without giving an opportunity for compliance of query or rectifications in the marriage registration form of due data supplied. A thorough check should have been made before filing the same before the Registrar also the proof of correctness of address should have been supplied along with wintesses of marraige including signature of priest. They file an affidavit along with their new registration form at Rajasthan and get their marraige registered without any delay. Also you can file your form with MP authority by registered post and on being satisfied with the all data and also affidavit in support thereof marraige will be registered. I think very easy process - under the affidavit a true reason for delay should be mentioned and if any proof thereof may also be submitted just like transfer/appointment Order of the work-place eastablishments, etc. A simple declaration may suffice the query if any with the registrar of marriage. Pl take advise of local lawyers who are mainly doing this jobs of registration. All the best.

You didn't disclose your marriage place.
You may get your marriage registered at both places--your marriage place & your last residig place ie native place of groom.

Kiran Kumar rightly said take help of any local lawyer.
