hi, moved into an(room w att bathroom) accomodation.this place is supposedly furnished with ac and other basic facilities and no Kitchen.Paid advance on 19th april,.agreed to a high rent, hoping there may be no hassles involved. moved in on 21 april, to my astonishment i found that the ac is not in good working condition.the owner is aware of it and has it there just as a trap(who is going to know that when u come to see the place).and now, the owner does not permit continued use of the ac citing some wiring .. .
the owner also wants to let out another portion in the house where there is no bathroom.if any occupant came in, he would use the bathroom in my portion.(though no one moved in till date).
now the owner wants me to pay monthly rent starting from 15th every month.(though i paid advance only on the 19th april, moved in or took the key not before 21st april and these things were not discussed beforehand)i think, 21st to 20th in the next month should be a month i will pay for.
there is no proper agreement made.i signed a rough agreemnt for one year on a a plain paper.
now if i want to move out giving one month notice(as agreed),would there be any problem.
wat can i do if the owner refuses to pay back my advance/deposit ....
pls help
