restitution of possession.

After revoking or expiration of licence a licencee can claim the legal possession over licenced premises /accommodation.After dipossessing a licencee by force by the deptt he  can claim restitution of his possession.

A licencee can be dispossessed by process of law and not otherwise.Please knock the door of the civil court.
