I would like to know whether India has completed the Review of TRIPS? If so, the Review of TRIPS has been made public? What is the position of Indigenous Knowledge under the TRIPS at present.

India had already reviewed TRIPS a long time back and most of our IP laws are in conformity with TRIPS as well as most of the conventions and treaties. Traditional knowledge is dealt with by WIPO and u can access their website to know more details

I heard saying Mr. N.N Prasad, the joint secretary of DIPP, Ministry of Commerce and Industries, Government of India in a conference that India has digitalized traditional our knowledge and already provided access to WIPO and European Patent Office.
