We are family with 3 brothers and one sister, all are marrie. I have got married on 1978. My father did not have any will.
We have land owned by my father. After his death the land is transferred in the name of all four of us. Would the daughter have equal rights on the land.
The brothers are not ready to give equal share on the land.
