Right of Appeal is statutory. Right of appeal inhers in no one.When conferred by statue it becomes a vested right. But where there is inherent right in every person to file suit and for its maintainability it requires no authority of law, but appeal requires so. That is the distinction.

               from discussion above it is clear suit may be frivolous but right to appeal is based on statute.my proposition was difficult but reply is so simple .thanks drscpratihar
