I have got final maintenance order from the family court under crmsc 125 section. Husband didn't make any payment in 3 months time, given by the court to clear arrears. I am going to file for execution. Is it possible to attach salary certificate and request judge to ask his office (Central govt office) to pay me directly? Can anyone send me a format for execution? Is it mandatory to ask for an arrest warrant and property attachment? Instead, can I just ask for salary attachment as the relief?
