I want to know procedure*to recover my due salary (20 lacks)
I am having appointment latter, Receipt of Salary of few months and want to inform that I was gating my salary through cheque.

File the case in civil court or is there any tribunal?
Court fee for filing case
Stamp duty
Advocate fee
Time and stage to get money back.
