Hi Sir,
i sell a plot to buyer we proceed an sale agreement in the agreement we mention with in 60day total sale consideration paid to the seller but here what happen buyer is not paid with in the period of time is it possible to cancel the agreement and approach other buyer is there any formalities shall i follow plz help me what to do thanks.

sale agreement registered or not? buyer paid any advance? as the time is over, you ask the buyer for cancellation of the agreement. You have to return the money, if any paid in advance by the buyer. the cancellation agreement shall be executed by both parties (seller and buyer)
