Dear Sir,

We are importers of spare parts of mining equipment, we sell this to the cement company. Is there any way we can take set-of of the duty we pay with sales tax we collet from the customer? or can we charge excise duty some how for which he can take credit for?

Regards,

You get yourself registered with the Central Excise department as an importer/dealer, then you can pass on the burden of CVD(Equivqlent ot excise duty) as well as of SAD to the manufacturer who can take the credit of the aforesaid dities.
