Selling the president of india..army style

Can President of India be on sale ? I mean can he used to promote branded suitcases? This is what is in full public display supposedly to motivate troops.Come to Andhra Sub Area Unit Run Canteen..it is becoming bigger and badder..it is prominently displaying a picture of Sri Pranab Mukherjee , the incumbent President of India with AOC personnel in full ceremonial dress marching at the Republic Day parade..why of all the places commander Andhra SubArea chose to display the picture of the supreme commader of our Armed Forces..Does this anyway meant for motivation of the troops? And do you know that as per latest ruling of the SC of NRI sorry India URCs are solely private enterprises.

Do visit that URC and the adjacent walls of AOC centre a few meters away where one can find American Tuorists as well as Samsonite etc are using Presidents picture on the walls to motivate troops..

A notice, such as a poster or a paid announcement in the print, broadcast, or electronic media, designed to attract public attention or patronage. It is not nude poster. it is o.k. compare to other posters.
