I would suggest that if there are certain points that you dont like, get it verified with your lawyer.
Once an NDA is signed, it will be your document and you have to follow the points mentioned.
You can always put forward your points towards the party and then start the process.
But befoire signing a contract do get it verified froma specialised lawyer.
It is always better to take precautions.

A signed contract is a legal document, so you will have to live with what you agreed to. Generally, a contract cannot be changed or broken unless you and the other party both agree.

If you are not liking some cluase which you feel is not favourable, you can always negotiate the document before signing it. To sign both party needs to come to agreed terms. Hence you remove or modify the portions you dont want in the agreement.
