Gentlemen,
Our society needed internal and external structural repairs. The MC put a resolution in 2019 that internal repairs be done by the society appointed contractor but for that payment will have to be made by members.
We explained that this is unlawful resolution and that RCC structural repairs of beams and columns and slabs repairs should be carried out by the society at society 's cost.
To this they are not willing to listen and asking us to show them laws regarding society 's responsibility to attend to RCC structures from inside and that the society has to bear the cost (ofcourse, later to be recovered from members on pro rata basis).
Please guide as to who pays for internal beams, columns and slabs.
Shall be obliged if learned members guide me on the issue.
