my question is that my friends dad was expired last year. her mother was also died. i want to know thad jo succession certificate banega ab woh us ladki ka bane ga ya uski granmother jo ki unke satha nai rahi nd rationcard pe bhi nai hai uska name. (Ration card pe dad and daughter hai only). so succession certificate uska banega ya uski grandmother ka banega. and kaise apply karte hai uske liye.
