Surety details

HI All. I have come to know that if there is a negative judgement in the lower court, there need to be surety for the person in order to appeal in the higher court. Want to know what is the number of people required in surety for the person and can it be deposited in the amount or the surety need to provide property. What are the other options if the family members do not want to be the surety.

No amount is required (shall be accepted ) to deposited as surety in the court. Property worth the surety amount in the name of surety (one person) is required to be kept in judicial file till life of the case.
