I am an engineer by profession. Today, After 1 year of discontinuation of their services, I got SMS from Tikona stating that Clear your due of 402.0 Rs for your Tikona No 1107874672 else company will file legal complaint against me. What i remember about their services is that Their internet services were not good and it was worst service ever i used in my life. It was only working 3 days in a week. Each time i used to call them or write them about their bad services, i used to get same reply in mail saying that I tried calling you but your phone is not reachable. There services were not working. Around 15 days, I was not able to use their services. Finally, i decided not to use their services and told to remove all equipment and discontinued their services. They didn't disconnected my services and didn't come to collect all the equipment. Finally, i took extra effort, i called their engineer, i went their location to submit all equipment. In between, I got final settlement of their mail asking for 402 RS. After looking to my all payment manual, I told them i paid you for all of the services i taken. Please see your side there is miscalculation. After that they stop calling me. After 1 year, today i got one threatening SMS. Please tell me what is consequences of these. Is it kind of fraud, why they didn't short out all dues that time. Why they use to ping me now after more that 1 year 3 month. Anybody please help me. It's not about money, it's about right and wrong.
