Time limit for Correction/ Revision of X-Party order

Is there any time limit for "Correction/ Revision Petition of X-Party Judgement" at high court?

for rivision it is 90 days, whereas for appeal 30 days.

appeal is  better than revision.

file petition at earlist, do not wait for the last date.

if there is delay, last date over then explain the delay, why it is late, put some gunine cause. delay will be condoned and the case will stand.

ex party means you have not received the notice.

it is a very genuine cause for condonationan of delay.

you cannot file appeal in cases of exparte. you need to file application to setaside the exparte order only.

Limitation to file revision before high Court is 90 days
