Type of paper used in Hon'ble Central Administrative Tribunal

Dear Friends,
As per Central Administrative Tribunal Rules of Practice 1993 -All pleadings affidavits, memoranda and other papers filed in the tribunal should be on A4 Size(30.5 cms long and 21.5 cms wide)

Please inform whether the pleadings, and other applications can be filed on legal paper ?
Whether filing on legal Size paper will not be the violation of rules of practice?

Regards
Yogesh Mahajan

Most of the CATs are accepting only legal size ledger paper for applications and material papers. This is because of the practice that has been followed in all other courts.

Rules are only have to supplement but not to stall the process. Hence, not following a rule with a reason may not be violation but deviation.
