Unregistered typed will, no mention of will typist in the will

If there is an unregistered will of a father, and no mention of the will typist in that said will, can a court grant  probate on that will if it is contested by other heirs?

Yes, A will requires no registration and stamp duty.will deed  can be written even on plain paper. Testators signature and two witnesses on will deed  are essential for it's  validation.

Yes, the non-mentioning of the name of the typist would not remder the Will invalid.

The will has been contested... It was undated... Testetor has not written any date under signature.. Neither any of the wirnesses has dated their signature.. Only upon dotted line within the content someone else has written the date which does not match with the hand writing of the testator. Highly suspicious.
