Validity of immovalbe property registered at kerala.

There was an ammendment to the  Section 28 of Tamilnadu registration act on 29th March 1997.

Now the section 28(b) invalids the document registered outside tamilnadu.

The property in The Tamilnadu jurisdiction is registered after 29th March 1997.

Is the registered document is valid over riding the Section 28 of Tamilnadu registration act?

If the Registered document is not valid what is the nature of the ownership and title?

Who can claim the title and ownership of the property?

Please tell the question of law that may be invovled?

Is ther any previous held decission in the form of citation?

In the previous posting failed to state in which place The property in The Tamilnadu jurisdiction is registered after 29th March 1997.

Consider it is Kerala.

In the light of the above please reply for the previous posting.

If the document is not valid.

Can the vendor claim the property again by giving back the consideration received.
