Hi, you dont need lawyer for getting a marriage certificate you can straight go to local municipal office, where birth and death are registered there you can register your marriage with three witnesses having their identity proof, first go and collect the forms, in case you dont have marriage certificate you need to make an affidavit for the same thats all .
