Namaste! I have joined a central government university with substantive order in a central government university, working from last 4 months.
My order doesn’t contain and subjective/ conditional clause.

Prior to joining, the HC stayed the recruitment process and later gave an order for continuing the process and eventually disposed.

However , next day of my joining there was an order stating, recruited members shall be informed about the ongoing case and the subjected outcome.

2. A group ( multiple) has also filed writ petition challenging the recruitment.

3. The writ which was cleared in HC is now challenged in SC in special leave petetion format.

What would happen to my employment? Will it be effected by outcomes of the order?

When you have already joined and performing your duties, members can not foretell the future of SLP filed before SC.  Everyone has to obey SC's final verdict, which is not known at this point of time.

are you also respondent/petition in the said SLP.

Admittedly, the High Court has dismissed the Writ Petition. As such, what is your concern? Were you party in the proceedings before the High Court?
