Why it is treated as defect in Registry?

Dear Friends,

If we affixed all the stamps in the “consolidated stamps” why the court registry treated under the category that the plaint/order/annexures/vakaltnama are not stamped. Is it necessary that we affixed them separately

Whether the court registry does not record the valuation but inspect it separately

Regards

yogesh

Dear Yogesh!

I have seen that in the Supreme Court it is enough to affix all the stamps on one paper. That would do, however there is need to affix the welfare stamp on Vakalanama. However in the High Courts the registry asks for the stamps to be affixed separately on the plaint or annexures etc.
