In 145 Cr PC SDM give position to another party on standing crop land ?

Yes, you can challenge order of sessions court in high court u/s 492 crpc.

I had a typographical error.
It should be read as 482 crpc.

thank you sir, Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, Section 482:
Saving of inherent power of High Court:
Nothing in this Code shall be deemed to limit or affect the inherent powers of the High Court to make such
orders as may be necessary to give effect to any order this Code, or to prevent abuse of the process of any court
or otherwise to secure the ends of justice......But which point is better for Section 482

This is an order passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate, an appeal before the District Magistrate will be the solution. The case is not pending so that the author can be suggested to go for quash u/s 482 Cr. P.C.
