Incomplete and vague facts cannot lead to form proper opinion and oblige.
It is better to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for appreciation of facts/ documents, professional advise and necessary proceeding.

A person execute a agreement to sale to another person B,B goes to court to specific performance to sell deed, their A says that he is blind 100% and give certificate of blindness of CMO and denie agreement deed registered in sub registrar office and demand remedy on blindness
kavksatyanarayana (Expert) 02 March 2023
Why specific performance? Then why has the court not executed the sale deed? Still, your facts are not clear.
P. Venu (Expert) 02 March 2023
Admittedly, the agreement is registered. If so, the Register concerned the extant procedure as applicable when the executant happens to be visually challenged.
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 03 March 2023
Instead of posting hypothetical facts for the question paper, it is better to come out with true story, if any.
