divorce by false signature

SIR, IN MY LAST QUERY I ASKED ABOUT IF MY WIFES PREVIOUS DIVORCE TOOK BY MAKING FORGED SIGNATURE OF HER, AS I GOT REMARRIED TO HER. LATER I COME TO KNOW ABOUT THAT SO U GUIDED ME THAT I CAN APPLIED FOR MARRIAGE NULL AND VOID, BUT WHAT HAPPENED IF;
1. sir what happened if hand writing expert says that it is not her signature but she says that it is her signature.
2. actually she never come to court her mother has made her signature, because that signature is matching with her mother handwriting.

thanks sir, i am fix by planning by my in laws. they all were fiex and given 12 lacs rs and now they wanted to demand me. can i file 156(3) complaint for criminanl consipracy and abortion without my concent.
