false chapter case under secdtion 504

(Querist) 14 March 2013 This query is : Resolved
Dear All,
i am salamat staying in powai. i have been filing written complaints to education department, MCGM ,Police department and Charity commissioner against Powai Educational Trust ( charitable trust Reg Under BPT act) for running a school without proper recognition and for running a mosque and building a illegal public toilet. now because of my complaints they are not getting NOC from MCGm for getting recognition for their school and MCGm has initiated the process under MRTP act for the illegal toilet. recently i got a letter from local police station stating an Non Cognizable crime under sec 504 has been registered and you have to appear for preventive actions in local police station.
when i went to police station i was said the trustees have filed few NCs against me saying i abuse them verbally and blackmail and all.so they have made a chapter case against me and i have to appear before ACP and sign a bond saying i wont repeat this with a guarantor.
they did not disclose me the complainant name nor shared the file and documents.
a year ago there was a verbal quarrel between me and few trustees and we filed NC for the same and they too did so.

please guide me what should I do. will this create a record permanently in Police records. if i want the police to re-investigate this case whom should i approach
please help
thanks and regards
salamat

Citing "false complaints" by the vested parties, file an application for "quashing the complaints" before the session court, alongwith all the relevant evidences and documents in your possession.
