HI my name is nalini iam writing this form from karnataka in 2009 i have purchased land in bangalore (k r puram) measing 880sft from a person venu gopal iyer and it is registered from subregister office from that (k r puram subregister office)and we got EC in my name itself and paid uptodate corpation tax. mr venu gopal purcased land in 2007 from mr muniraju and got registered. mr muniraju has got property from his grandmother 10 guntas though family partition and formed a layout and sold 13 sites to diffents persons but he left his sister name in partition we did know how many family are they when we registered from venu gopal.in 2012 when we went consturt a tempovery shad
muniraj sister object. my point is that muniraju sister have any rights on the said propety.

without knowing the property details its not easy.
if your side is genuine mean just file a suit for declaration that the sale deed between you and venu gopal is genuine and you are the absolute owner of the property..
