Can any anti curruption gang lay a trap to arrest a state " Governor " who is demanding Rs 20 lakhs to appoint some one as vice chancellor whose name has been selected as one of three names screened by a search panel.?

Yes, Governor being a public servant, a trap can be laid by the anti-corruption squad to arrest him in a bribery case.

Does any anticuruption-team have really enough guts to do it ??...not even in dream...the whole team member would wet and spoil their cloths due to sweat and other kind of discharges before attempting to trap a governor !!..the trap is actually meant to humiliate lower cadre public servants ....to distract attention of the public from the huge curruptions of high level officials..
