"You enter into a contract with Rohith to repair his computer. After you have worked for two days Rohith informs you that he does not have money to pay you. You then discover that Rohith is only 15 yrs old ;his parent did not know the computer was broken and are not prepared to pay for repairs"

Dear Mr Berman and Mr Dhingra

is not academic question sir, I just want to know the legal consequences of contracting with a minor, i have started my IT business with my friend but last year my partner entered in contract with a with a minor. and know he doesnt want to pay us, for fixing his PC. I am sincerely asking you for legal advice before we take legal action.

you cannot claim anything from minor. Minor can claim .
