Dear All

Can anyone suggest/provide me the draft for
“Undertaking by the company for non-involvement, non prosecution of any of its senior Members in customs duty evasion cases”.

The prosecution, if at all necessary, would be launched by the Customs Department. Therefore, it is not clear how a Company can give an undertaking for non-prosecution of any of its senior Members in customs duty evasion cases.
