I vishal lodged a case of nullity (frod marriage) in family court. i have undergone a counseling once.The counseling officer was forcing me to withdraw case & do settlement outside the court, I doubt that officer was corrupt as he was taking the opposition side.
He is creating hurdles in sending my case forward.
How many times will undergo counseling if once denying for mutual settlement by me?

Do not agree on his demands if you do not out of court settlement. You can inform the judge about his unwelcome pressure for compromise. The court may change him to counsel your case.

I have lodged a case under nulity. my father in law & wife want to settle the disput before counseling Authority without fighting the case in court & demanding Rs. 1 Lack
I am giving her all the household material & gold her name which i received from them in marriage. I can't afford to give Rs. 1 Lack.
So if we settle case before counseling authority without fighting the case in court, can she demand money (compensation) after the settlement by filling case? what precaution should i take at the time of settlement to solve this case completely ? pls. send the tollfree no. on my cell no: 9923177531 for query solution.
