partition of family ancestral property

ancestral property belong to great grandfather is divided between my grand father and his brother two son in ratio of 1:1:1 but my father wants redivide into 2:1:1 because my great grandfather had two son only ...... but property is divided into three part. is there any legal action to settle this dispute .further property is not settle by any deed whether register or not ...

You raised similar query earlier. But instead of sticking to the same thread you have opened a new thread.
Nevertheless let me answer your query.
At the time of partition, the property will have to be divided between your great grand father, his first son, and his second son. Therefore it is in the ratio of 1:1:1, which has been correctly done by your great grandfather. (in this every one is getting 1/3rd share in the property).
When your father says that it should be partitioned in the ratio of 2:1:1 to whom he wants to give 2, and to whom he wants to give 1 each? (In this every one is getting 1/4th share which is definitely less than 1/3rd share. Therefore what does your father want?)
