In the state of maharashtra,A and B had filed a suit at tahasildar's office against C for the want of A's title on the entire house property.Property bares all the above three names.Hearing was over and both the parties attended this hearing.
Hearing was over in April 2007 and decision was given in October 2007.Meanwhile A has made his "will" in July 2007,on this entire property in favour of B,assuming that A and B would win the case but were lost against C.
My querries.
(1)Is the "will" made by A is valid of the property which was in dispute at the time of making "will"
(2) Is this "will" valid when A and B has lost the case.
(3) If at all A and B had won the case,what would have been status of the "will" made on disputed property which was disputed at the time of preparing "will".
please let me have your guidence on each of the above three querries separately
