What is the procedure to get registration under Customs by partnership firm engaged in manufacturing and exporting of engineering goods where one of the partner is a foreigner(not NRI) with 50% capital contribution?

There is no concept of Registration of Exporters / Importers under Customs Act, 1962.
However every such person/ firm/ company importing or exporting goods should hold Import Export Registration Code (IEC).
This is issued by the office of DGFT, Regional office. For this details of Bank Account, PAN Registration of Income Tax are some of the essential requirements.
