we have been in live in relationship for more than 3 years, as we are separated , both us are hindus and we both were married to different religion partners earlier, we both had issues out of our first relationship, and both of our ex's are fine with us living together as they wanted us to move out of their respective life. we take care of their expenses even today.
Now we want this relationship to be legalized. Need to know the procedure and time it takes. what should be the first step. There isnt any kind of misunderstanding among all of us. There was nothing hidden or secret. Even today we keep in touch with day to day affairs.

let ex of both the come forward ang both you have divorce and get married. He husband is apparently nice as you are not in jail for adultery adn your wife also appears to be nice as you are not in jail for bigamy. Most likely they may cooperate. Both of them may not like to even listen your names but may agree on the enticement of legalisation of breakup.

Both of you need to get divorce from their respective spouses and then get married.

Legally it is mandatory to get divorce from your exs. so that you both may thereafter legally marry with each other.
First step is to contact your respective exs. and then engage lawyer and then file divorce petition.
