Repeated query. Already replied at the following link:

According to Shri Prabhakar, previously that was thirt attempt. So, it is now fourth attempt of repeated query but with changed heading.

Sorry to state, even if you get reply from some one to your taste the matter would depend only on the judgment in the case. Mind it, CCTV was not installed at the living room of the student at her resident, but in the premises of college where privacy of students has no meaning.
