senior citizen

Sir,
I have filed a criminal case against My partner & her husband .As it is since 3 years that the matter is not come for hearing .can i on the ground that the accused is a senior citizen request the court to take my matter on priority ground.Is there any reference to it.

Let the person who is senior citizen take its advantage.
You can not use his seniority.
You have already embattled him in court.

You cannot ask for expediting the matter because your opposite party is a senior citizen.
A senior citizen himself has to ask for that.
If you were a senior citizen, then you could have benefited.
