to construct building

I constructed a 4000 sqft.house in bangalore in the year 1997which was loacated under City Muncipal council.At that time I forgotten to get plan approval of building from CMC. Now my area covered under BBMP Coorporation.I am regular in payment of property tax. But my question what is the consequence of not having plan approval.Please answer me.

It is a regular affair in Kolkata. I am not sure how strict your Corporation is but if you apply for regularisation then there should not be any problem.
