what document document required from builder at the time of possession of flat

Dear Sir
I bought ready possession flat in pune. My home loan sanctioned & disbursement done as per builder demand letter. I had paid all the money to builder . also loan EMI is going on. Now my query is
1) what documents shall i take from builder regarding possession, allotment , parking,
2) builder taken money from me for society formation , 6 six month maintenance charges,
parking etc.
3) builder mention parking allotment in sale deed / agreement parking no. is it sufficient
4) document regarding co-operative housing society
5)any other municipal or government certificates/documents form builder
Please help me out all experts & thank you so much in advance.

Registered Deed of conveyance is enough to protect your interest.
