Dear Sir,
I would like to know that I had given lease 100 sft area of my flat on lease for 99 years in the year 2010, but the tax i am paying full and the said 100 sft area is not registered by the party who purchased it. now i want to sell my flat or can he get that 100 sft area registered in his name i want suggestion regarding this. how can i get back my property which i have given on lease.

You can sell whole including the 100 sq ft. Since he is lessee you can not deliver vacant possession of the same but no restraint in selling his portion also.

he terms and conditions of lease deed has to be referred. consult local lawyer.
