Dear Sir
I was purchased a bike from capital first.total loan tanure is 24 month.ist 10 installment going regular.after that due to some health prblm i was unable to deposit my EMI.after 6 EMI bounce .now again all EMI clear regular.. but company file a coirt case against me.
I received a coury warrant today.which is bailable..but i want out of court sattelment.pls guide.

When you have Cleared the Installments have you taken the Cheque back for those dues Paid.Have you atleast taken the Receipts for the Same.Consult your Local Good advocate and fight the Case on Merits.Better attend the Court hearings properly Other wise NBW could be Issued in SEC 138.Better Meet the Senior Level People of the concerned finance Company and Sort it Out.

Better arrange for the amount, pay and get rid of the trouble. you may pass time in court, loan liability would go on increasing

What is meant by "now again all EMI clear regular"?
I understood that you started paying the EMI regularly now.
If it is the case, approach the financier, ensure that you will pay the EMIs correctly and convince them.
Otherwise, you will be in deep trouble.
