i recived an Fsl report on signature on an cheq which is as follows it is not possible to express any opinion on the authorship of the re enclosed questioned item stamped and marked Q1 in comparision with the enclosed standard items similarly stamped and marked s1 to s30
what should i do now the case is been heared on 9th this month the cheq was signed and written in front of me can I send again to fsl for handwriting expert report

Yes , the opinion of hand writing expert is a must in this case.

No,you need not to worry about the signature on cheque.Accused had raised objection in regards signature on cheqe so burden lies on him to prove that signature bears on cheqe is not his.

Get it checked By Hand writing's Expert.
Also call Bank Official to verify signature [differ or not.]
Your Evidence that accused sign chq in ur presence will also support you.
If chq was not stolen/ missing/ lost. and accused hv Bank a/c maintained with bank, and bank staff examined to prove sign & a/c, , It will go beyond any reasonable defence of forged sign by accused.
