(Querist) 28 November 2010 This query is : Resolved 
if there r two partner in a firm and one partner leave partnership and an disolution of partnership was written and it was specifically writen that all the amount was talen by the the partner who was disslove that partnership and he hav twoi cq of firm at that time and they use the same cq after disslation regarding the balance if there is any pre existing legal liabilty of the partner who retain the firm if the cq which was left with the partner whn partnership disolved otherwise it was spcifically writen the all the amount was taken by the partner of his part before dissolution of firm

The retiring partner would not be liable for the existing legal laibility if at the time of dissolution of pratnership or reconstitution of partnership it was specifically agreed to.
