What kind of forms filed in court
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 06 November 2016
You have issued the cheque, the cheque was dishonored, holder is rightly filed case against you. They had a good cause of action.

Try to have amicable settlement.

If you wish, you can argue / proceed personally.

If amicable settlement not possible, it is advisable and better to hire the services of a lawyer to protect your interests.
